Information we collect
We collect the name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, UAE delivery address, order items and status, records of policy acceptance, customer enquiries, and security-related technical records. Discount signup details and optional marketing consent may also be recorded.
Why we process information
We use information to administer orders, arrange deliveries, communicate with customers, provide support, prevent misuse, honour legal obligations and operate our website. We send optional marketing only where a lawful basis and appropriate consent exist.
Service providers and transfers
Our website and database use Cloudflare infrastructure. We may share necessary data with delivery providers and service providers involved in operating the site. International processing and transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and provider arrangements.
Retention
Our target is to retain ordinary customer and order data for up to 12 months unless a longer or different period is required for tax, accounting, legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing preferences may be kept as needed to honour opt-out requests.
