Are these products for human use?
No. Every PRFRM compound is supplied strictly for lawful laboratory research. Products are not intended for consumption, injection, therapeutic, cosmetic, diagnostic or veterinary use.
Do I need a research licence?
Legal requirements vary by purchaser, activity and material. Buyers must comply with applicable laws and PRFRM may request evidence of purchasing eligibility.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods appear at checkout. The current checkout supports cash on delivery.
Where do you deliver?
PRFRM offers complimentary delivery across all seven UAE emirates, subject to order acceptance and availability.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on your emirate, order confirmation, availability and public holidays. We will coordinate delivery after order acceptance.
How is purity checked?
Read the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis where available. It identifies the tested lot and reports the measured results; purity values are not universal across all products or batches.
How should I store products?
Follow your product label and COA. Some current batch certificates specify 2–8°C protected from light and no freezing.
Can I return an order?
Contact support@prfrm.me within 48 hours of delivery to request discretionary return of unopened products. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact support@prfrm.me. Requests are reviewed individually.
How do promotional codes work?
An active discount can be applied during checkout. The final discount and eligibility are shown before order submission.
